Reptile’s House is a bespoke leather goods brand managing thousands of custom orders via WooCommerce. As orders grew, translating them into efficient production workflows became a challenge.
Challenges
The business was managing over 7,000 active bespoke leather orders through WooCommerce. Production teams had to manually translate thousands of individual online orders into manufacturing tasks, making planning slow, inefficient, and prone to over- or under-production.
Solution
We developed a custom Production Management Dashboard with a two-way WooCommerce integration. The system automatically aggregates individual customer orders into production batches (for example, combining ten separate belt orders into a single "Produce 10 Belts" task) while maintaining a direct link between every manufacturing task and its verified customer orders.
