The goal was to build an end-to-end platform capable of managing field consultants, tracking complex equipment and consumables, processing internal lab work, and generating highly structured client reports. The system needed to bring reliability, accuracy, and full transparency to a highly technical industry workflow.

Challanges
Operations were severely bogged down by disconnected tools. Managing equipment history, filter weighing, and consumables manually created a high risk of error and poor traceability. Consultants struggled to coordinate field sampling with lab submissions, and generating compliant lab reports was messy and unstructured. Furthermore, clients had no transparent way to view their own data or compare their results against industry standards.
Solution
We architected a centralized, fully integrated digital platform that serves as the operational backbone for the company. We built custom modules for equipment calibration, lifecycle tracking for consumables, and an isolated, AS3640-2009–aligned lab environment. The new system automatically links job data from the field directly to the lab and finally to a transparent client portal, entirely replacing the manual tracking loop.

Mapped intricate user flows in Figma to simplify the UX for three distinct user groups: Field Consultants, Internal Lab Techs, and Corporate Clients.
