Internally, they needed a robust, automated Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system to track performance, calculate complex downline commissions, and distribute compliance training to their network of healthcare agents.

They act as the vital link between complex healthcare benefits models and the agents who sell them, providing the infrastructure, compliance resources (like ACA guides), and operational support needed to scale healthcare consulting.

Challanges
The business was facing friction on two fronts. Their existing front-facing website lacked the structure and polish needed to build trust, and it failed to meet strict ADA accessibility standards. On the back end, managing "downline" commissions (overrides) for their growing agent network required complex, manual spreadsheet math. Agents had zero real-time visibility into their earnings, and distributing the latest compliance documents was a logistical headache.
Solution
We delivered a complete, two-pronged ecosystem. First, we built a fully ADA/WCAG-compliant WordPress website that simplifies their complex benefits model into a premium digital experience. Second, we engineered a custom Retool Agent Portal that acts as a centralized "Source of Truth," completely automating commission calculations and providing agents with live performance dashboards.


Web Design & Accessibility:
Designed an interactive Figma prototype and developed a responsive WordPress/Elementor site. We enforced strict ADA and WCAG compliance, implementing keyboard navigation, ARIA roles, and optimized screen-reader support.
Portal Engineering (Retool):
Built a custom Agent Partner Portal to automate the entire broker lifecycle.
Commission Engine:
Programmed complex backend logic to instantly calculate "Overrides" and "Total Payouts" based on downline hierarchies and enrollment volumes.
Performance Dashboards:
Designed a "My Team" visualization allowing sponsors to track downline agents, active groups, and top performers in real time.
